4、牽引控制由一臺矢量變頻電機(jī)驅(qū)動，實現(xiàn)恒線速度控制，并隔斷收放卷張力之間的相互影響。

5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸收卷由二臺矢量變頻電機(jī)獨立驅(qū)動，收卷張力控制，根據(jù)收卷直徑，分切厚度，設(shè)定張力等參數(shù)，由PLC運算實現(xiàn)自動張力遞增。（可選滑差氣漲軸）
